Pasta Mia was born from the chef’s idea and from his wife Carola’s initiative to bring the authentic Italian traditions of fresh pasta abroad.

He lived in Milan and had an interest and attraction for cooking since childhood, watching his grandmother and mother cook as they prepared pasta and other traditional Marche recipes for the family.

He worked in several restaurants in Milan, starting as a commis, up to becoming a chef. He is now determined to bring all his experience to your palate.
